Yvonne earned a BA in Psychology from Rutgers Univ. & an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean Univ. Yvonne completed Cert. In Sand Play Therapy at Lighthouse Counseling & Sand Play Training Center, particularly resonating w/the Advanced Training in Male & Female Archetypes. Yvonne’s approach includes talk therapy, integrating DBT, Polyvagal Theory, Parts work, and expressive & mindfulness-based therapy interventions with trauma treatment. Yvonne has experience presenting guided imagery, holistic health & wellness education workshops, & cooking classes to communities, corporations, groups, & individuals of all ages. Psychedelic Experience: Personal psychedelic therapeutic retreats/experientials 2022- present; EMBARK OA PAP training program, Altered States Psychedelic Integration Circle Workshop & Leadership Course, Fluence KAP and various KAP trainings.
