I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), trauma-informed psychotherapist and founder of Cardenales Healing Center. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, first- and second-generation clients, Latinx/Latine communities, and young adults navigating trauma, identity challenges, cultural assimilation, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and nervous-system–informed. I offer a collaborative, client-centered space where your full self is respected and supported. I integrate EMDR, trauma-informed care, neurodivergent-affirming therapy, expressive arts, somatic practices, ASSYST protocol, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches to help clients process trauma, build emotional regulation, and develop lasting resilience. I work with adolescents and adults, and those who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or disconnected from traditional systems. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves.
