My approach to KAP is grounded in the Internal Family Systems model. I believe that each person possesses an internal system of 'parts,' and that healing comes from fostering self-compassion and understanding of these parts. KAP provides a window into accessing deeper parts of the psyche, and IFS offers a compassionate and structured way to understand and heal those parts. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to embark on their journey of inner healing.
