Integrative, trauma-informed care connecting mind, body, identity, and purpose, for whole-person healing.
Mindwise Integrative is a trauma-informed therapy practice focused on healing through the integration of mind, body, identity, purpose, and connection. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, PTSD, neurodivergence, dissociation, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is individualized and collaborative, drawing from EMDR, ACT, DBT, IFS-informed therapy, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and other evidence-based approaches. I also offer extended therapy sessions, EMDR intensives, and psychedelic-assisted therapy support when appropriate. The goal is not simply symptom reduction, but helping clients understand themselves more deeply, strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
