I’m a therapist who believes healing happens in relationship — when we feel safe enough to be seen and supported. My background includes advanced training in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and my work is shaped by intersectional feminism, multiculturalism, and mindfulness. I’ve worked with people from many walks of life — individuals and couples navigating trauma, identity, and connection. My own experience as a mixed-race person informs the way I hold space: with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for all parts of who you are. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about slowing down, finding your voice, and creating a life that feels more connected and true to you.
