I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) based in Colorado. In addition to my clinical training, I have a long-standing background in mindfulness and meditation practice with 20 years as a Tibetan Buddhist practicioner and teacher, which informs the way I approach therapy. This combination allows me to support clients not only in reducing symptoms, but in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their experience. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of psychology, mindfulness, and consciousness. My work is informed by years of personal meditation practice and a genuine curiosity about how people grow, change, and find meaning in their lives.
