Toni is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) at All Well Health, specializing in working with neurodivergent clients. They hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy from Santa Clara University. Utilizing a collaborative “Power-With” model, Toni fosters self-awareness and acceptance while helping clients develop sustainable behaviors and meaningful change. Their approach prioritizes client empowerment and culturally responsive care that recognizes the complexities of intersecting identities, lived experiences, and each client’s unique strengths. Within their therapeutic practice, Toni integrates principles of Somatics, Narrative Therapy, Parts Work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This therapeutic approach is influenced by their prior experience as a community advocate for more than ten years, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and survivors of intimate partner violence.
