Healing from trauma is possible, even when it feels out of reach. If you’ve felt stuck in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, or emotional pain, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with those wanting to heal from complex trauma, attachment wounds, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach is holistic, body-based, and deeply compassionate, integrating both modern neuroscience and ancient healing practices. I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Health Psychology, with a focus on the mind-body connection, neuroplasticity, and trauma’s impact on the nervous system. I integrate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) with somatic techniques, mindfulness, parts work, and depth-oriented therapy to support healing beyond talk therapy. KAP can open new doorways to insight, relief, and self-understanding. I provide a safe, supportive space for deep exploration and integration. If you’re curious about KAP, I invite you to reach out.
