About Tanya

I’m Dr. Tanya Singh, a clinical psychologist and founder of CALM Therapy. I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns that haven’t fully shifted through therapy or medication. I use Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as a tool within ongoing therapy to help you access experiences that are difficult to reach through talking alone but are essential for meaningful change. For example, we can talk about self-compassion or self-forgiveness, but actually experiencing it is different. These sessions can help you experience that directly, rather than just understand it conceptually, so you can begin to change how you relate to yourself. We prepare for each session in a way that is specific to you, including setting clear intentions and building a sense of safety. During dosing, I guide the process while allowing your experience to unfold. Integration is central to our work, helping you make sense of what comes up and bring it into your daily life so the experience leads to lasting change.
