I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals heal from eating disorders, complex trauma, and identity struggles. I bring lived experience, clinical training, and deep empathy into my work, creating a safe and collaborative space for clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom. My approach is rooted in relational, trauma-informed care, and I value authenticity, curiosity, and empowerment. I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through Journey Clinical and am honored to integrate this modality into my practice as a tool for deep emotional healing and transformation.
