Trauma can create a feeling within us that others won't accept us, see us or feel what we feel. It can leave us feeling scared, alone, and judged. Life stressors can develop creating a mountain that seems too big to climb. It can create a space where you don't have the words to describe what you are feeling and experiencing. You don't have to. Therapy is a journey of discovery and an experience of acceptance and safety. Healing occurs when we recognize where we have been and create new paths for our lives. I guide people on their journey of healing. We will heal the past and build a new path in our work together. I provide an accepting, open, supportive & healing environment. I believe that people are resilient and can heal their pain when supported and encouraged to become who they truly are. I have over 20 years of professional and lived experience, I am a Relational, Trauma responsive therapist trained in EMDR, Attachment, and KAP. I look forward to our work together.
