I believe clients take a risk in sharing their stories and struggles within the therapeutic space. In my work, I want clients to feel empowered in that choice and secure in their agency throughout the process. Pain and discomfort teaches and informs us of the way we see, move through and live in the world. Together, we can explore these pain points and find ways to live life according to your values. I utilize an eclectic and integrated approach, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness. Currently taking individual clients for KAP. There will be opportunities for group KAP in the near future.
