In working with you, my goal is to create the space for you to connect with your own innate wisdom. I will meet you where you are with presence, empathy, and non-judgment. Using mindfulness and somatic techniques we will examine and remain grounded in the present and then work backward to untangle how difficult or traumatic experiences of the past may be keeping you “stuck” in unhealthy thinking or behavioral patterns. I will act as an unwavering guide as you move toward freedom and growth. Pulling from my background in clinical and trauma psychology and my studies of Eastern psychology and spirituality, I will utilize interventions that meet your unique individual needs. I bring experiential, collaborative, strength-based and somatic body-awareness practices to support you as you heal and grow.
