I offer psychotherapy and support for people experiencing the challenges of life including grief and loss, childhood trauma, climate distress, chronic or serious illness, and aging. I also enjoy work with athletes, and people who seek outdoor challenges and/or are survivors of wilderness trauma. I am a lifelong learner seeking to understand the latest in therapeutic tools and techniques to address being human, but my work is shaped by personal and professional experiences facing dying and death and over 35 years of clinical experience and training. I do not believe there is one therapeutic tool, or a one-size-fits-all approach. However, I have been influenced by a variety of trauma informed techniques. In addition, I offer psychedelic preparation and integration, and provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (to eligible clients) in coordination with Journey Clinical.
