As a therapist my role is to help support and guide you to think outside of the box and embrace new ideas that promote change. I believe that you should be empowered by your therapist and feel a connection to be able to make a plan that works for your situation. I have 20 years of training in many modalities, most specifically, Mindfulness Stress Reduction, CBT, DBT and Family Systems. I also use yoga, meditation and breath work into sessions when asked and needed to promote mind/body balance.
