Hi, I’m Shelby! I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor. I work with both individuals and couples. I weave together a variety of evidence based approaches based on each individual client’s needs, and utilize the Gottman Method in couples counseling. I specialize in ADHD, addiction, and bipolar disorders, although I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and with all concerns. I love being able to serve my community as a therapist and this work is my passion! I am always happy to chat and see if we are a good fit. I encourage you to come as you are, and I hold a casual and relaxed space for working toward your therapeutic goals. I am often on a waitlist for new clients, but not always.
