I am trained in CBT, DBT and EMDR, and consider myself a person-centered therapist. I enjoy working with women and men of all ages that struggle are working to manage their depression, anxiety, trauma or ADHD. I have worked with a lot of survivors of abuse. I am considerate, sensitive and tailor my approach to who I am working with. I have been told that I make people feel safe and not judged and strive to find their natural strengths to assist them in moving forward, utilizing connection and trust.
