Hi! I’m Shannon, and I’m honored to help people create the changes they want in their lives. Many clients reach out when patterns in life or relationships no longer serve them. Together, we explore these patterns holistically, deepen self-understanding, and find ways to grow and live more authentically. I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions. I am EMDR trained, and I integrate mindfulness techniques and coping skills as a key component of my therapeutic approach. I offer a relational, down-to-earth approach, believing healing happens in the context of a safe, supportive relationship. I can incorporate a spiritual, faith-based perspective into our work upon request.
