I entered the mental health field out of a passion for supporting youth and adolescents, and through my clinical training, I discovered an equally strong commitment to working with older adults. I specialize in ADHD/ADD across the lifespan, providing executive function tools to children, adults, and the parents or caregivers who support them. Both my clinical and lived experiences have provided me with a deep insight into understanding and treating anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, goal-setting, and the aging process. My holistic approach to treating the whole self is tailored to meet you where you are in your therapeutic process. I work alongside clients as a guide and collaborator with both evidence-based strategies and empathy to help them navigate challenges and uncover their own strengths. I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences and offer a safe, supportive space to work toward healing at your pace.
