I have learned through my own life and my work with clients that everyone hurts, and that most pain is relational. We are shaped by our relationships and we heal in relationship with safe, compassionate others. I am particularly experienced with helping clients identify the patterns they developed to help them with hurt and fear; and working to create new relational experiences that can help shift those patterns that are no longer serving them. Through this process clients find freedom to live with more ease, connection, and meaning. I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor (EFT), a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher (MSC), and have done extensive training in somatic therapy including Sensorimotor Processing (SP).
