Therapist-led KAP grounded in deep trauma expertise, contemplative practice, and nearly two decades of clinical work.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-R) with nearly two decades specializing in complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment wounds. I'm a Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, and co-founder of the Buffalo EMDR Training Institute. My KAP training comes through Polaris Insight Center. KAP is central to my work — therapist-led, spiritually integrated sessions where clients can safely access expanded states of awareness to process what talk therapy alone often can't reach. I bring deep experience with dissociative presentations, ego state work, and non-ordinary states of consciousness, grounded in contemplative practice across Buddhist and somatic traditions. My approach draws from EMDR, IFS, ACT, somatic therapy, and Buddhist psychology — each in service of helping clients reconnect with who they actually are beneath trauma, conditioning, and protection. I also mentor and consult with therapists developing integrative trauma and KAP practices.
