Healing often begins when we feel safe, supported, and understood. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with Journey Clinical’s medical team. I bring over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, grounded in trauma-informed care, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and depth-oriented psychotherapy. I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, including preparation, dosing-day support, and integration. I approach KAP as a structured, relational process that supports nervous system regulation, psychological insight, and meaningful, lasting change. My role is to help clients clarify intentions, feel supported during ketamine experiences, and integrate insights into daily life. My clinical background includes couples and family systems, mindfulness approaches, and training in psychedelic-assisted therapy.
