After more than 20 years working in diverse settings to help people heal, grow, and step into their fullest selfhood, I bring creativity, insight, and a wide range of skills to my work. I am trained through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and offer both cannabis-assisted and ketamine-assisted therapy. My background includes extensive experience in adaptive change, personal development, and helping people move through periods of uncertainty with clarity and self-leadership. In my practice, I support couples seeking deeper connection as well as individuals navigating life transitions, body image concerns, gender identity questions, or the exploration of polyamory. I also work with clients integrating psychedelic experiences or treatments, including ketamine. I especially love helping women break through internalized limitations, manage menopause and other life transitions, and supporting men who are ready to step out of patterns rooted in toxic masculinity.
