I help people move through painful limitations into greater resilience, openness, and self-understanding. My style is warm, collaborative, and creatively direct, aimed at uncovering your inherent strengths and expanding your emotional range. Together, we shape a therapeutic path that honors your needs and engages your mind, body, and heart. In our work, you’ll learn to cope more effectively, set boundaries, deepen relationships, and step more fully into your truest self. I provide care for individuals living with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship issues, addiction, LGBTQIA+ identity issues, and personality disorders. I have been featured on the BBC and speak at Eating Recovery Center and Duke University.
