I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and New York, specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health and supporting individuals who are trying to conceive. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, mood changes, and major life transitions during the reproductive years. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through PSI and have advanced training in perinatal IPT and perinatal EMDR. I also completed training in psychedelic-assisted therapy through CIIS, which informs how I support clients with preparation and integration in collaboration with medical providers offering ketamine treatment. In addition to my clinical training, I bring lived understanding of fertility treatment, high-risk pregnancy, and the realities of balancing motherhood with everyday demands. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and grounded, integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and interpersonal therapy to help clients feel supported and understood.
