People seek counseling for any number of reasons and I consider it a privilege that I might be invited into a client's life to provide support during times of change, healing, and growth. My approach involves a warm and relaxed attitude towards counseling, truly listening to your story, non-judgement, focusing on strengths, and helping to shift the negative beliefs that are preventing you from living a happier and fuller life. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship/family concerns, grief and loss, trauma, women's issues, and self-esteem/self-empowerment. Treatments used in therapy depend largely on the individual client's unique personality and needs. I believe in a holistic approach to well being, which involves treating and balancing the mind, body and spirit in order to be your best self.
