I’m a licensed professional counselor with experience working in outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as in homes and schools. I received my Master’s of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 2018 (Go Owls!🦉). I have since worked with children, adolescents, and adults alike. I specialize in trauma therapy, with a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I utilize strategies from a wide range of treatment modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt therapy, play therapy, somatic therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), traditional CBT, and reunification therapy. I work with individuals, families, couples, and groups in ways that best fit the needs of the client.
