Rian has also taught mindfulness practices for over 15 years, employing accessible tools for stress, anxiety, and habitual thinking. He utilizes his experience in somatics (body awareness) to encourage clients to further deeply investigate how their thoughts and feelings are being experienced in the present moment and hold historical memory.
