I am a licensed therapist and founder of Plant Parenthood (www.plantph.com) a digital and in-person community of parents who use psychedelics. I am an assisting trainer with Fluence, a company that trains mental health practitioners in harm reduction informed psychedelic preparation and integration. At my private practice in Brooklyn, I works with clients using mindfulness, experiential techniques and ketamine assisted psychotherapy to address depression, anxiety and life transitions. I also helps clients prepare for other psychedelic experiences, incorporate insights or cope with challenges post-experience. I have been featured in Marie Claire, GQ, NBC News, Double Blind, Chacruna, Psychedelics Today and The Psychedelic Medicine Podcast. Right now I am recruiting clients for a hybrid remote and in person KAP group.
