I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and writer. I completed my Master of Spiritual Psychology and Master of Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica (USM). I have a coaching degree from CTI (The Coaches Training Institute). I am a certified Imago Therapist with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. In addition, I have trained in Energy Psychology with psychotherapist Henry Grayson. I have completed workshops and trainings with Esther Perel, Gabor Maté, Charles Eisenstein, Terry Real, Brugh Joy, Harville Hendrix, Sue Johnson, Gary Zukav, Richard Schwartz (IFS) and Deepak Chopra. I have advanced training in integration and have completed The MAPS MDMA training program, for use should MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy become legalized in the United States. Most recently, I completed a KAP training with Phil Wolfson and Dick Schwartz (IFS) which was amazing!
