Trauma-informed therapy integrating EMDR, IFS, and somatic support for lasting healing
I believe therapy works best when people feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are overwhelmed, uncertain, self-critical, or emotionally exhausted. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply human. I help clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their nervous systems, and build a more compassionate relationship with the parts of themselves that have worked hard to survive. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm, particularly with highly sensitive and self-aware individuals. My work integrates EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, attachment-focused therapy, and somatic approaches to support both insight and nervous system healing. I value authenticity and believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and feeling genuinely seen. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to exhale, feel less alone, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and sustainable.
