Specializing in trauma informed care for survivors of narcissistic abuse
I hold degrees in forensic psychology and clinical social work and have 20 years of experience in mental health. My clinical work encompasses trauma, human development, addiction, relationships, life transitions, and the complexities of the human experience, while also integrating a deep interest in spirituality, consciousness, and meaning-making. My practice incorporates evidence-based approaches alongside specialized training in not limited to trauma and mood disorders. My personal and professional journey has expanded through breathwork, East Indian, Indigenous and earth-based traditions, and my own experiences with psychedelic and plant medicines. These experiences have deepened my exploration of consciousness, spirituality, and the relationship between the psychological and the sacred. I approach this work with curiosity, humility, and respect, with particular interest in how altered states can support personal transformation.
