Pamela is a trauma therapist who highly values trauma-informed and collaborative care. She has extensive experience working with complex trauma, PTSD, developmental trauma, neurodivergence, relationship issues, blended families, adoptees, relationship trauma, and systemic trauma. Pamela comes from a strong background in Viniyoga, Reiki, Meditation, Mindfulness-Based, and Non-Violent Communication.
