I believe in the corrective experience of a secure therapeutic relationship. I provide individual, couple, and family therapy, using liberation-oriented, client-centered, trauma-informed, relational therapy. I work with people from all identities and with many different reasons for being in therapy. I do not see myself as an expert on anyone's life or experience but I aim to help clients access their own expertise and know themselves in ways that allow for increased flexibility in nervous system regulation and improved quality of life. I work with clients around a variety of topics including trauma, depression, anxiety, clinician burnout, gender and sexuality, unexpected loss, grief, boundaries, self-esteem issues, relational conflict, food, substance use, and attachment injury, as well as many others. I am trained in EMDR and I specialize in Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy.
