Hi! I am Nicole and I am a Mind- Body oriented therapist who works with Creatives and Adults. I believe in the deep connection between our thoughts, emotions, and nervous system and combine talk therapy with somatic techniques such as EMDR and Brainspotting. I primarily draw from an Internal Family Systems Lens and incorproate Parts Work into the deeper healing.
