I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes deeply in the mind-body connection and our innate capacity to heal. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. I specialize in EMDR and integrate parts work, somatic awareness, and attachment-based practices to support people navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. In KAP sessions, I support clients in exploring inner experiences with curiosity, care, and intention. I bring a calm, compassionate presence—and I also believe that lightheartedness and humor can be meaningful and healing parts of the process. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your sense of self, access insight, and create lasting shifts toward greater ease and wholeness.
