Specializing in complex grief, PTSD, aging and life transitions
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Grief Support Specialist, a mother and a grandmother. I offer a safe space for individuals, couples and families (via telehealth and in person) to heal and to grow, and I bring a personal understanding of complicated grief from trauma, which has deepened my capacity to help those grieving and experiencing PTSD from many different kinds of losses. I am warm, accepting, patient, intuitive, curious and heart-centered, and I am trained not just in one approach but in many different modalities, including psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, Jungian, depth, mindfulness, parts work, somatic therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy and EMDR. I have experienced many of these therapies myself and that personal understanding benefits my work helping clients with a variety of issues, from anxiety, grief, PTSD and depression to relationships, parenting, aging, illness, disabilities, women’s issues, disordered eating, career and life challenges.
