I am licensed Clinical Psychologist and I obtained my doctorate in Clinical Psychology, from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology. I interned in a primary care clinic for my doctoral degree. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Forensic Science, with a Minor in Psychology, and Master’s Degrees in Forensic Psychology. I did my internship for my bachelor’s degree with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. I've worked as a 911 Dispatcher for Anoka County, MN and as a Death Investigator for Burnett County, WI. I spent almost 4 years working with first responders and their families doing individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy and crisis intervention. I have experience working with acute and complex trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. I utilize an Eclectic therapy modality based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
