About Michelle
Though I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, I went to undergrad at Miami University, where I got my first taste of OH and loved it! After moving to New York City to pursue graduate work, I was able to come back and landed in Columbus in 2021 with my young twin daughters. Professionally, I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in both New York and Ohio. I have experience with clinical work and research work. I received my Ph.D. from Hofstra University in 2009 and I opened my private practice in 2012 in Brooklyn, NY. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and work with patients young and old who present with a wide array of illnesses, from those with more mild conditions to those with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
