When insight hasn’t been enough: KAP for trauma, grief, life transitions and more. All welcome; LGBTQIA+ affirming.
Many people who find their way to me are thoughtful and capable, have done a great deal of personal work, and sense that they are stuck or something hasn’t fully settled. Ketamine can temporarily soften patterns of perception and protection, and within a steady therapeutic relationship, that shift can open space for new experience. KAP unfolds over several sessions. We prepare together, I am with you through the medicine experience, and we give real attention to integrating what emerges. I’m an active, present guide. No blank faces. I bring patience, warmth, humor, and straightforwardness, at a pace that respects your nervous system. I specialize in complex trauma and dissociation, with 20 years of clinical experience. My work is grounded in AEDP™ Psychotherapy and informed by IFS, EMDR, somatic methods, and breathwork. I am a Certified AEDP Therapist, Training Supervisor, and AEDP Institute Adjunct Faculty, practicing in Westport, CT and NYC.
Experiential and relational: careful preparation, full presence in session, and integration that helps change last.
