I specialize in complex trauma, mood disorders, substance abuse, treatment resistant depression, and anxiety/panic.
I live in the Greater Denver Area and currently see clients by video only, with some exceptions for meeting out in the community. I graduated from Naropa University with a Master's in Contemplative Psychotherapy with an emphasis in Buddhist Psychology. At Naropa, I trained in various mindfulness meditation techniques and somatic movement therapies to address both body and mind. As a meditation instructor, I can help you incorporate creative and awareness-based practices into your routine. After graduate school, I received extended training in DBT, CBT, Substance Abuse, Modern Psychoanalysis, and Suicidality/Self Harm in Adolescents & Adults. I also completed a year-long externship in Psychedelic Psychotherapy using cannabis and ketamine for clients diagnosed with PTSD & CPTSD- a population of veterans who saw active combat and victims of torture. Over the past 6 years I have continued to walk with people though their journey of healing with medicine/integration sessions as needed.
