Specializing in sex and intimacy, attachment wounds, and IFS/parts work.
I offer therapy for those who want to understand themselves more deeply and feel more grounded in their lives and relationships. Many of us can feel successful in certain areas of life while still feeling stuck in patterns that leave us disconnected or unsure why certain dynamics feel so painful or difficult to change. I work with individuals exploring vulnerability, intimacy, and relationship challenges, including difficulty with vulnerability or shame around parts of themselves that feel hard to talk about. My work is informed by somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based frameworks, with your lived experience guiding the process. We may explore what is happening beneath a behavior, what you are experiencing in your body, or how past experiences continue to shape the way you connect with yourself and others. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels warm, grounded, and genuinely human.
