My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), both of which empower individuals to develop healthier thought patterns and emotional responses. I also bring significant experience in addiction treatment and trauma therapy - Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which allows me to create a diverse and supportive therapeutic environment.
