Trauma-informed, whole-person therapy for high achievers, first responders, athletes & major life transitions.
I’m a licensed mental health clinician, licensed paramedic, and trauma-informed clinician with more than 20 years of experience helping people navigate trauma, grief, loss, major life transitions, anxiety, and chronic stress. I work with individuals and couples, including high achievers, first responders, veterans, healthcare professionals, and endurance athletes. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that we are whole people—mind and body. As a paramedic and endurance athlete myself, I understand the demands of high-pressure environments, performance, caregiving, and pushing through when things get difficult. I’m particularly interested in helping people who feel stuck, burned out, or ready for something to change. With ketamine-assisted therapy, I view the medicine as one part of a larger therapeutic process that includes preparation, support, and integration.
