My passion is to create a safe and nonjudgmental zone to get support and to teach mindfulness based stress reduction, experience working with anger, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, substance misuse issues have a harm reductions approach, So excited to integrate psychedelics into my practice with providing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to aid in enhancing healing in my clients to connect with their inner wisdom
