My approach to therapy is supportive and focused on helping you to see life differently and approach problems more effectively. I am flexible, non-judgmental, and strengths oriented. I use integrative approaches to counseling, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), to support diverse individuals with a variety of stressors, including chronic stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, gender and sexuality, PTSD, and relationship problems. In my approach to treatment, I aim to help you understand the importance of the Mind-Body Relationship and spirituality as vehicles for positive change.
