Turning ketamine insights into lasting change through thoughtful, relational therapy.
I see therapy as a process of becoming more aware of ourselves, our relationships, and the patterns that shape our lives. As awareness grows, so does our ability to respond with greater flexibility and intention rather than from habit. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can temporarily increase psychological flexibility, creating opportunities to experience ourselves in new ways. My role is to help clients make sense of those experiences and translate them into lasting change. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and relational therapies within a systemic framework. Together, we explore not only symptoms but also the beliefs, protective strategies, and patterns that developed over time. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
