My primary focus is working with trauma and anxiety. I utilize a solution-focused, client-centered CBT approach to address the root cause of any client issue and collaboratively discover ways to improve the situation. I have completed a 500hr Foundations in Viniyoga certification for yoga therapy. I may suggest mindfulness, yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. I am trained in EMDR and am really passionate about helping others work through trauma. I also utilize ear acupuncture points and sound therapy on an Opus bed with a Biomat. This integrative combination is highly powerful in conjunction with KAP.
