About Laura

I’m a Salvadoran-Korean licensed therapist and the first-born daughter of immigrants. I own a psychotherapy practice specializing in working with BIPOC professionals and students who feel stuck—whether in their careers, relationships, or unhelpful patterns. My work is grounded in trauma research, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Enhanced Illness Management and Recovery (E-IMR), an evidence-based approach for addiction treatment. Recognizing that traditional therapy alone can be time-consuming, I incorporate Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to facilitate psychological transformation. By promoting rapid synaptic growth, KAP can achieve in a few sessions what might otherwise take years, helping clients overcome longstanding challenges and achieve meaningful progress.
