I am the Director of Trauma Services, Psychotherapist, and a Trauma-Yoga instructor at a group practice in Orange County, NY. I am IFS Level 1 certified and Accelerated Resolution Therapy Advanced Certified as well. I specialize in trauma and eating disorders from a holistic standpoint.
